Mr. S. Rajendran, Managing Partner, commenced his career with a stint in Canara Bank in 1983. After becoming a Cost Accountant in 1986, he worked as a finance professional in SAIL and Tamil Nadu Telecommunications Ltd. As a qualified Company Secretary in 1991, he served in several senior management positions of Finance, Costing & Secretarial responsibilities in Pondicherry Papers Ltd., Wheels India Ltd. and rose to become the Chief Operating Officer and Company Secretary of Pioneer Wincon Private Ltd.

He started his professional practice as a Company Secretary in 2014. He has a wide corporate exposure of more than 30 years. He is a regular faculty in ICMAI and ICSI and has addressed members and students and other professional bodies on various topics like Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility, Financial Statements, Companies Act 2013, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, etc. He is also an Associate Member of Indian Institute of Banking and Finance and holds Postmembership diploma in Corporate Governance from ICSI.

He is also a qualified Insolvency Professional under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. He has successfully handled several large value cases in IBC domain.

He has graduated from Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda College, Chennai and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has gained valuable experiences in the areas of overall compliance management of Companies and LLPs, Secretarial Audits of Large Companies, Due diligence of Companies, etc.

He has a 360 degree exposure in the entire audit process of various large corporates including a few flagship companies.

Mr. Gunaseelan is a recipient of various awards in the Management Skills Orientation Programme conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Being a versatile team player, he has gained consistent recognition from clients for prompt service delivery year after year.
